How Do I View and Manage Awarded Certificates?

The Awarded tab

Open Certificates from the sidebar and switch to Awarded. Every certificate that's been issued is a row:

• Participant: name and email, with their avatar.
• Certificate: the template's name, linked to its editor. Hover it to preview the design.
• Test: linked to that test's editor.
• Awarded: how long ago it went out.

The row's menu holds two things worth knowing about. View Certificate opens exactly what the participant sees, Download and Share included. View Submission opens that test's Submissions list, which is the fastest way to check the answers behind a certificate that surprised you.

Finding one certificate

The search box filters by participant name or email. Handy when one test has produced two hundred certificates and you need the one participant who emailed asking about theirs.

Checking before it travels

View Certificate earns its keep on anything unusual: a percentage that reads oddly, a long name that wrapped onto two lines, a score sitting on top of the banner. All easier to catch here than after a participant's already emailed it around.

One thing to keep in mind while you fix them: a certificate keeps the design it was issued with. Correcting the template changes what the next issue looks like, not what participants are already holding.
