How Do I Join a Test?

Joining with a link

The simplest path is clicking the link you were given in an email, chat message, or QR code. If you're not signed in yet, you'll be asked to sign up or log in first, using email and password or Google.

Pasting a link yourself

Already have an account? Your dashboard has a Join Test card. Paste the full link into it, or just the test ID from the end of the link. Both work the same way.

What happens on first join

Joining connects your account to the organization that created the test and gives you the participant role there. The test then appears on your dashboard alongside everything else assigned to you, so you only ever need the link once.

If joining doesn't work

• The test may not be published yet. Ask whoever shared it.
• Its availability window may not have opened, or may have already ended.
• It may be private, restricted to specific groups, and you're not in one of them. Ask to be added.

Getting ready

Opening the test shows its title and instructions before the pre-flight checks run. Continue with Pre-Flight Checks and Taking a Test.
