How Does Billing and Usage Work?

Plans at a glance

Workspaces start on the Free plan, which includes 10 test sessions per billing period. The Pro plan raises that to 500 sessions per billing period, with a free trial available before committing. Plans can be monthly or yearly. AI usage is billed separately through pay-as-you-go credits on either plan.

The Usage page

The Usage page tracks both sides:

• A test sessions view with counts over time, grouped by billing period
• An AI Credits view showing used-versus-remaining balance, total tokens in and out, and a filterable per-request history with model, tokens, and cost

Use the period selector at the top to move between past periods. Each is labeled with its exact start and end dates, like "Mar 15, 2026 - Apr 14, 2026".

Admins see both views; members see the credits view for their own consumption. Details in AI Credits.

Session tracking

The sessions chart counts by day inside the selected period, and the bar above it shows sessions used against your plan's limit for that period. Switching periods is how you answer "did we go over last month?" without leaving the page.

Buying credits

Use Get more on the Usage page to purchase additional credit; the balance updates as soon as checkout completes.

Managing your subscription

The Billing button (on the Usage page and in Account settings) opens the external billing portal, where admins can review the current plan, invoices, and payment details. Subscription changes themselves are restricted to organization admins.

If something lapses

Running out of credits only pauses AI features; running out of sessions stops new test-taking until the next billing period or an upgrade. Existing data is never deleted.
